Who is the Course For?

This course is suitable for everyone from an office worker to a body builder. The course delivers clear instructions through an 75 minute class. It includes short video clips of each posture, going into more detail of the common mistakes that are made and possible modifications that may be needed.  

What Can I Gain From the Course? 

This course targets and addresses all the areas and problems outlined above. A sequence that is a perfect complement to our previous course but also one that you can do on its own, even if you’re a beginner. 

Regular practice will mean less and eventually no visits to the physio or chiropractor will be needed.
